Etruscan Tourism was created in 2009. It’s incentive is to promote tourism in a small town rich of culture and history yet unknown. Most foreigners go to Rome or the major cities because it’s famous, missing the mysteries and the history of the founding of Rome. Tarquinia is located just 9 miles from the Port of Rome at Civitavecchia, and most tourist opt for a tour to Rome. Etruscan Tourism is about the hidden Italy, the small towns and country lifestyle. This blog is about how a California girl that traveled the world ended up in Tarquinia. A tale of daily experiences that are pages in a romantic novel with no end.
